Alex woke up in the middle of the night screaming hysterically- we managed to calm him down and he went back to sleep. We're not sure why- he's done this a couple of times and did this while he was napping today as well. Really short naps today. We're not sure if he's teething, is having sleep terrors or what but we don't like it. We went for a walk to the zoo, the prarie dogs were out, two gibbons and tried to see the golden lion tamarinds. Then it was realy hot so we went home, had breakfast, Alex took a super short nap and Angela worked (skipped class today to get a lot of work done because we're leaving Sunday). Emily and Oscar came over in the evening and we all went to our building pool- swam a little, Alex took a bath and then had dinner while we video-conferenced with nana, gramps, paul, makiko, austin in cape cod. Alex did some great standing today- stood up a few times for a good minute or so. Very exciting. Pictures will be posted later!
