Its been a long time since we've been to Walter-Pierce... in the morning. Alex is in class in the afternoon and is so tired then. He was inconsistent with his napping so we thought that afternoon school would be good. So far it's great- he loves school and he's getting so much out of it. We love the play-based learning- he really seems to be enjoying learning and playing. Right now he's really into the alphabet- loves picking out letters and "reading", spelling out his name. He's also becoming a lot more independent. All of these great things- but he's tired a lot. So we try to keep his mornings quiet to conserve his energy for school and afterschool we go to the playground.

Rory is really growing up too. She crawls all over the place but really loves to stand and cruise. She LIKES to hold onto our hands and try to walk. She is so curious about everything too.. she likes to watch, she loves to chase after the big kids and wants to see EVERYTHING that is going on. She's extremely vocal, chats a lot and she laughs a lot.
