Well, today is exciting. We pulled out Rory's NG tube- we were supposed to be decreasing the amount of tube feeds she gets- cutting four hours every two days as long as she gained 20gm per day. She's been gaining much more so we accelerated her cuts and tonight she will try no tube feeds! Keep your fingers crossed that she will remain tube free!
Alex is so energetic and curious and such the 2.5 year old that he is... exploring boundaries, curious, getting into everything. He's really doing amazing things in his tumbling class. He mostly eats and half participates in soccer- we hope that this will be like tumbling where after a couple more weeks he'll really participate and be charged. He says he really enjoys it so we'll see! He's still very excited about his sister (when she's not crying). He plays the guitar and sings to her- he enjoys it when she turns around to look at him. She gets a big smile on her face when she hears him playing his goootar and singing. I'm pretty tired so this may all be a little disjointed... 8)

This hat is now too small... 8(

Leila- cute and sporting a super cool outfit!! (we borrowed her preemie clothes for Rory)

Mmmm, perfect ending to a hot day- ice cream on the balcony at sunset...

Alex was very excited about dandelions and enjoyed blowing the seeds. After he kicked the soccer ball into the net he decided to sit with some dandelions...

warm ups with coach sean
