ER visit update

Rory's ostomy prolapsed a whole bunch and the color was bad, so in the afternoon we went to the ER. They gave her morphine, but couldn't reduce the prolapse, so they gave her some sedative, but still no luck. So they had to take her to the OR, where they were able to reduce it while she was totally sedated. If that option failed, they would have revised the ostomy (by removing more bowel) and delayed her pull through. Fortunately, they did not have to revise, so we are still on for Monday, but they want her to stay here until then.

Right now we are in the surgery recovery area waiting for her to wake up! We will be in room 518 for the next 10 days or so.
