He just received a rhythm set- drum, shakers, clacker and a bell thingy from Pat and Bart and he loves it!! He likes to listen to his music class CD and play the drum and use the shakers. Very excited by it- we have pictures of him exploring the instruments right after he got them.
Ales is saying hi, bye, yes, no, night night and blowing kisses. He also enjoys singing part of the alphabet- lmnop... and the song head shoulders knees and toes. He continues to say what sound like wow and loves to point at the moon- we're not sure if he sees the stars but they're tough to see in the city- I guess we'll just have to go back to Thailand for a few weeks so he can play on the beach and see the moon and stars... it's for the baby!! 8)
Last week Nana and Gramps were in town, Alex was very excited, they all enjoyed each others company. Nana went to music class with Peter and Alex and they all enjoyed it. Saturday Alex met children from the DC Chinese playgroup- he had a good time pusing his stroller around and the other children. Halloween- Alex didn't wind up dressing up and we got no trick or treaters... we'll have to eat the gigantic bag of chocolate ourselves I guess. A couple of Alex's friends dressed up- This is his friend Owen- a chicken.
