hi, bye and blowing kisses

pics coming soon- can't believe it's been so long since we've posted. But wouldn't you know it? Our "greatest baby in the universe" is becoming such a grown up... he says hi to people, and is now saying bye bye (sometimes after the other person is already gone, or after hes hung up on them...) and blowing kisses. He's playing a lot with a set of plastic stacking cups that David gave him- he keeps a couple of them with him everywhere, in the stroller, in his crib. The cups, however, have not replaced the monkeys and hippo in the snuggle down area. We've discovered the stroller leash (which keeps the stroller from rolling away from us on hills) or the carry strap can function nicely as a leash when Alex is pushing the stroller down the block. He LOVES to push the stroller and actually runs with it sometimes. I think people are a little startled at first to see an empty stroller barreling towards them until they hear his excited giggle and see his eyes peeking out at them.

So today is halloween- poor little guy, no treats, no costume- we tried to put the cape/cummerband/sash combo from Turkey on but he rejected them- we'll see what the future holds. well, hopefully we will post some pics tonight... perhaps in some kind of costume, perhaps not. okay, bye bye.... mmmmmma!
