more beaches

Today we all took a longtail boat to Koh Maa, a beach about 40 minutes away, to snorkle. Our neighbors here are a french family with a 20 month old baby - we invited them and they came along. Really nice fish & coral. We took turns, so Laura was able to snorkle, too. Tomorrow Angela and I plan to go to Koh Tao, an island about 2 hours away by boat, to snorkle all day. It's supposed to be fantastic, though there is one area we are going to which may be beyond our abilities called Sail Island. Sail Island is just a rocky mound that sticks out of the sea and it's pretty rough, apparently.
