Alex is standing up a lot - not walking or anything fancy like that - just standing up without holding onto things. Today was a very sunny, hot day and we spent a few hours on the beach in the afternoon, as well as the usual morning on the beach.

I've found that haddock is a fish that's low in mercury and available fresh here, so Alex is enjoying an ounce or so a day of that.
