As I mentioned, it was rainy for the first two days here, but fortunately cleared up for Monday! Alex is doing very well, though not sleeping as well as he does at home. Last night he had scrod while Angela, Alice, and I had lobster & bluefish. He really loves fish, which is great b/c it's supposed to be very healthy for babies (as long as one picks low-mercury fish like scrod, flounder, salmon, etc.)

On Saturday we visited Uncle Bob and JoAnne briefly, and stuck Alex in the sand at the beach there (in the sprinkly rain.) Sunday we took a few walks on the beach at the lighthouse in the rain. Briefly.

Monday we took Alex to Schoolhouse pond, which is nice & calm, with a sandy bottom. He enjoyed playing in the sand (and bonked his head on the lifeguard chair hard enough to make a little red mark - ouch.) Angela and Alice took him to the lighthouse beach briefly in the evening.
